Trim Trails for all the Family

Many schools and playgrounds provide trim trails which are suitable for children. I have also seen fitness trim trails which are specifically designed for adults.
Of course it is essential that play doesn’t stop during the winter period and children keep active, however they need to be taught to be more vigilant when it comes to slippy conditions.
