My greatest enjoyments are to see the smiles on the children’s faces when our installers complete an installation and in turn the smiles on the installers faces knowing they have done a good job.
It makes it all worth while!
We are very lucky to be doing something we all enjoy and appreciate how lucky we are to be doing something to help keep children active.

As a founder member of the PMD Team (fossil), I have always found it particularly rewarding to see the joy, excitement and energy that is generated at a school when a play area is transformed with new and engaging playground equipment.

Being part of a PMD team that share my enthusiasm literally means that our work is child’s play.

As part of the operations team it is my responsibility to guarantee the quality of each and every product from design to manufacture within the PMD operation. My son thinks I’m the best thing since sliced bread when he tells his friends that “daddy made that!”

Working with the schools and councils it is my job to deliver on the PMD promise to deliver each and every playground project to the highest possible standards. At PMD we will always communicate with the customer to give them everything they need, every step of the way.

As a Business Co-Ordinator it is my role to develop and implement new and innovative ideas within within the PMD Group. Everyday is different as we always strive to respond to the needs of the customer.

For the past 10 years I have been visiting schools & offering exciting solutions to make their playground area come alive!  As the PMD Business Co-Ordinator I get so much satisfaction from seeing a playground project through from a dull area to a fantastic, fun and exciting place for children of all ages to play safely. At PMD we believe that playgrounds should only be limited by imagination and as we know the imagination of a child has no bounds!
