Our Process

Within the PMD group our main focus is the customer and their needs. This is why we endeavour to make sure the process of purchasing your playground is as seamless as possible.

We strive to build a good relationship with our customers and we believe the best way of achieving this is by providing you with a clear reliable service with outstanding support from the start of your project and through all stages until completion.

Stage 1

To make your initial enquiry you have got a few options. You can either use our online quoting system which is quick and simple to use. All you need to do is choose the products you require and add them to the quote and the system will do the rest. You will then receive an automated quote to your email address straight away and if your not sure you can ask for one of our sales team to call you and discuss your options.

Alternatively you can call our friendly sales team on 01477 533555 to discuss your requirements and they will generate your quotation from our office.

Should you require a site survey one of our sales representatives will be happy to come and meet you at your convenience to discuss and assess your playground.

Stage 2

Once you are happy with your quotation all we need you to do is send us either an official purchase order or an email letting us know that you are happy to proceed with your quotation.  We will then send you an Order Acknowledgment and a Condition Form for you to fill in at your convenience.

Stage 3

Your order is then processed and passed through to our installation Team who will contact you to arrange a suitable time to come and install your playground.

Stage 4

The week before your installation our Production Manger will contact you to confirm that you are still happy to proceed with the work on the required date.  And advise on what team will be coming to your site.

Stage 5

The installers will call you once they are en route to your site and advise on there time of arrival. Once the installers have arrived on site the Team Leader will introduce himself and go through your plan to make sure you are happy with everything before they commence the works.
